PAYMENT
A deposit equal to one night's rent will hold and secure the reservation.  The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days prior to the date of  arrival, and will be charged automatically to the credit card on hand.  Upon receipt of deposit, a reservation confirmation including a reminder of  the final payment balance amount and due date, will be sent via email. 
 
If a reservation is made within ten (10) days of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of reservation.
 
Other Reservation Information
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm  /  Check-out time is 11:00 am 
    (We will always try to be flexible with check-in and out times.  Please notify us as far in advance as possible of your needs.)
  • Minimum 2-night stay required.
  • NO smoking is allowed in A Cozy River House I or II.
    (NOTE: Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found anywhere on the property.)
  • Pets: Regrettably, we can no longer allow pet guests.  Evidence of pets will incur and automatic $200 fee.
  • Housekeeping/Maid Service is not scheduled during* a guest's stay unless prearranged. 
    The standard $100 Housekeeping for each 2-6 nights visit will be completed after a guest's departure.
    For stays in excess of 6 nights, the cleaning fee will be calculated separately.
    (*If you would like housekeeping service during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to make the appropriate arrangements at $100 per housekeeping visit.)
  • Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival time to receive a full refund.  After 30 days, refunds issued only if canceled dates are re-booked.
