To make a reservation using a Credit Card, please call us or mark the appropriate box on the Registration Form.
A deposit equal to one night's rent is due to hold and secure the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days prior to the date of arrival. We will send a confirmation
of deposit that includes a reminder of when the final payment balance is due.
If a reservation is made within seven (7) days of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of reservation.
Other Reservation Information:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
(We will always try to be flexible with check-in and out times. Please notify us
as far in advance as possible of your needs.)
- Minimum 2-night stay requirement.
- No smoking is allowed in A Cozy River House I or II.
- Pets: Regrettably, we can no longer allow pet guests.
- Housekeeping/Maid Service is not scheduled during a guest's stay unless prearranged.
The standard $50 Housekeeping for each visit will be completed after your departure. If you would like maid
service during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to make the appropriate arrangements. The
fee for Housekeeping during a stay is $50 per visit in addition to the $50 standard fee per visit.
